I have ordered from your website, when can I expect delivery?

All of our products are displayed on our website to show whether they are in stock or not, and if they are, delivery will begin within 2 to 5 business days. Your products will be delivered globally via DHL, you will receive an email when picking up from our warehouse and on the day of delivery you will receive a one hour notice of the delivery time.

When I place my order will VAT and excise duty be added to the total cost?

What is your refund policy?

My order is 'on hold'. What does this mean? 

If your order is showing as ‘on hold’ this means that we are awaiting stock of the item you have ordered. When the stock arrives, your item will be processed to completed and dispatched. Our courier service will then send a text or email confirmation of the delivery date, along with a 1 hour delivery time slot.

How do I return my product? 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt either by returning the item yourself or requesting we organise collection on your behalf with the collection fee deducted from your refund amount.

To qualify for a refund, the item(s) must be in their original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories and be unused.
